Sylvie Brossard has more than 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of compensation and equity programs. Working with organizations ranging from small local service companies of less than a hundred employees to global high tech companies, Sylvie has developed, implemented and managed global total rewards systems both in corporate and consulting environments in Europe and in the US.
Sylvie’s expertise extends to all aspects and phases of the Compensation program development from strategy identification to implementation and administration. She has an extensive experience in executive compensation, sales compensation, equity plans, broad based compensation plans, international compensation and benefits as well as in the implementation of Human Resources Information Systems including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Web based compensation management systems.
The Brossard Group was founded in 2007 by Sylvie Brossard. Prior to founding The Brossard Group, Sylvie held Compensation and Benefits management positions in companies including 3 Com, AppliedBiosystems, and Blue Shield of California. When in Europe, Sylvie pioneered the Compensation and Benefits function in both US and European multinational corporations including Thomson, Alcatel, and Hewlett Packard.
