Most recently, we have helped a couple of big technology companies on the West Coast to deal with restrictions imposed on their dilution rates by their Shareholders by redesigning their Equity programs and their guidelines.
On a regular basis, we are helping Rewards and HR executives in their interface with the Comp Committee by working with them on the collection and analysis of their Executive Compensation data.
We have also provided support to much smaller companies in the consulting business and the Health care industry, to develop incentive plans for their employees to ensure retention of their talent (Sales and non Sales).
Our experience in International Compensation and Benefits has been used during mergers and acquisitions, both during the "gap analysis" and the integration phases.
